Included is a kneading motion, vibration, heat and air. You can decide whether you want the kneading action, the vibration or both. The kneading in particular will massage right into the pressure points to encourage circulation and to help relax the entire body while the heat is pleasant but not so much as to make you sweaty.
The massage feels great however you set it up but of course people will vary in which settings they prefer. Thankfully, it’s very easy to alter the settings as you just need to hit the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ buttons to cycle through the options. It is recommended that you start low and work your way up as the feeling is quite firm.
